Michael Koplen was very professional throughout the 2+ year process. He stayed on top of all aspects of the case and was in constant contact with up to date information when needed.

I can tell you this. When we were in court with our first lawyer that we later fired we happened to notice Mr. Koplen, who was also in the same courtroom as us. Mr. Koplen was there on several cases at the same time. My lawyer had only one case, us. Anyway, I noticed that two of Mr. Koplen's clients were other lawyers! And he was like dominating the courtroom. The judge clearly respected him. Not so much our lawyer. So I said to myself if Mr. Koplen is the lawyer that other lawyers use, we should use him. Since we had issues with our lawyer anyway, we fired her and instead hired Mr. Koplen and he was amazing. What a big difference from the first lawyer who shall go unnamed. Mr. Koplen ended up representing us on two cases and we were very pleased both times. No complaints, really, he is just sometimes in a big rush because he is so busy and you can feel like you want more time with him. But whatever he did a great job for us. His office and the people who work there are very nice.

We hired Judge Koplen after our first lawyer totally screwed up the sale of our business. It took Koplen two years but he got us all our money and equipment back from the guy who cheated us who ended up having to file bankruptcy because Koplen wiped the floor with him and his crooked lying lawyer. I guess you get what you pay for. Judge Koplen did everything he said he was going to to, he was very effective, but we couldn't believe how long it takes in court. Koplen is a nice guy personally, but a tough lawyer.
