Attorney Whalley, rather Marshall as per his directive, has handled two cases for me with excellent results when both cases were turned down by the “billboard lawyers “. I later found out he does all the litigation work for the big hot shot lawyer doing tv ads and huge billboards..
Marshall will return your calls and get a great result. He has only lost one jury trial in 30 years!

They are very rude and unprofessional. I called to speak to someone regarding my case and the receptionist was initially nice and requested I send over my police report. I then spoke to a paralegal who was EXTREMELY nasty because my family didn't want to work with them and secured another lawyer for their injuries. Because she wasn't speaking directly to them she had no time to talk to me and hung up in my face!! I am known to be a very nice person even in the most compromising situations but this place was AWFUL!! I do not recommend calling them EVER!!
