My husband and I used Joerg Seifert to close on the sale of my condo and purchase of our new home. Very attentive and quick to respond to our questions (and there were a lot). We never had to deal with a buy and sale at the same time and he made it a very seamless process. We loved that his office emailed us a copies of everything that was sent out or that was received from the other side, we always felt in the loop. We were also pleased with the fact that we were able to skip going to the sale closing by presigning the documents, it allowed us much more time to finalize things for the move. We hired Joerg to represent us in our residential home sale. I found Joerg via reviews on google. He had a substantial number of reviews, of which 5 stars were predominant. He is personable, attentive, knowledgeable and respectful. I didn’t encounter any of the issues mentioned in the one negative yelp review from many years back. Three other attorneys were recommended by our agent but their reviews were few in number and unflattering in comparison.
