I consulted with Matt Margolis regarding my case. From our communication I concluded that he shows total lack of knowledge of Power of Attorney obligations.

When I inquired whether transferring a real property was a conflict of poa interest, Mr Margolis' reply was "maybe". I had to google and discover it was in fact a violation of poa fiduciary obligations. Found this from google and not from Mr Margolis who practices in this area and should have known better than the answer he provided. Besides, he is not a trial lawyer, not a litigator. As per Mr Margolis' email, he would charge for the advice and then refer to a trial lawyer with whom he'd split a fee. No thanks, I am not looking for a middleman. I am very disappointed with Mr Margolis' advice and do not recommend his services.
