Worst lawyer I have ever had failed to do the work and then sues me for work he never done. It was a simple business transaction I would even get billed for calling to find our why he did not complete the work. Stay away

Mr. Gardner is an extremely efficient and through attorney, who provides his client with diligent personal service. Care and confidentiality are assured as your concerns are handled with the utmost in privacy and attention.

Although Mr Gardner was not my lawyer, my friend had him as her lawyer through a very difficult case. Most of them time, she did all her own research and collected all her own evidence. He did nothing really to help her; spoke down her the whole time; bashed her in her decisions (of what case what based on); he basically told her the entire time that she will pretty much lose her case and had no faith in her at all!! Not what a lawyer should do right?? Well, due to his lack of commitment and help, she has to lost her case and Gardner is no longer an option for representation. He is also money hungry and will charge you to basically be your own lawyer. Good luck if you ever choose him

Worst lawyer ever ! I don’t even have the words to cautiously warn anyone because that’s how bad at loss of words I am . But he don’t respond back to your emails very money hungry , won’t fight his hardest for your case . Don’t not WASTE your time
