I’m closing on my second house now and Mr Masessa and his staff are so courteous and super fast with all the paperwork. Anything I say is in writing and sent out to my house the next day. Also he’s very reasonable on the price of his services. Would recommend to anyone looking for a no hassle attorney.

Mr.Masessa, Was recommended by our Realitor so we read our reviews and decided to use him. Well I wish we never did, he was not helpful when asked about legal jargon and our rights when the seller did not vacate the home on the closing date, We asked to enforce time of the essence that was in the original contract but Mr. Masessa waited till two days later. When we found out he acted like oh well not my problem. This was the first home we were buying we were told we were pretty helpless and there is nothing we could do but wait. Or if we wanted to sue for damages it would cost us around $20000. This made us angry but It was almost funny to Mr.Masessa that he did not follow what our contact stated we closed nearly 3 weeks after original closing date. His legal secretary never calls or emails details instead they send letters that are days later. The office Secretary Lisa was rude and did not speak well to myself or my daughter. This office and their staff Lack communication, customer service and experience Or they just do not care about helping their clients! Find someone young and hungry. He is not worth the money and I will never even think to use his office. I would recommend that you retire Mr.Masessa you told me on the phone you get what you pay for well that is simply B/S
