The only thing worse than divorce is the death of a loved one. For me, divorce was not something I wanted. Even now I am left with so many unanswered questions. To say the least, I was completely trapped within the emotional side of my case. Fran and Toni understood this and did everything they could to protect me. Even while they were focused on the demands of the process, they still took the time to make sure that I was okay. They care!
My case was complicated. It had to deal with multiple businesses and lots of assets. It should have been easily resolved. Unfortunately, adversary did not fully comply with notice to produce, constantly threw false accusations into the process and dragged the process out for reasons unknown. Fran and Toni did everything possible to deal with all the unnecessary nonsense.
Though I would never wish anyone to have to go through this, I highly recommend Fran, Toni and Damiano Law Offices should you ever need representation. They were extremely professional, took the time to understand the details of my situation, and treated me with care and respect.

I was refereed to Diana Strlovski by a friend when looking for an attorney to handle my divorce. From our initial consult Diana always treated me with the utmost care and respect. She had my best interest at heart and truly helped me navigate through a challenging situation. Diana was brilliant in her representation of me. She was intelligent and forceful when the situation called for it. (court hearings, negotiations). She was also very compassionate and thoughtful. I met Ms Damiano after having spoken to several attorneys about my challenging parental situation. My ex was extremely litigious and I personally felt she was neurotic as well. I had signed a horrible mediation agreement because she used parenting time with my son as a bargaining chip. She routinely harassed me and used the law as a weapon against me. By then I had lost my faith in the system, every encounter with the Law up to that point was to my loss, and I was even quite skeptical meeting another attorney but Ms Damiano changed all that. She was the first attorney I met that truly understood my plight and sincerely cared to help me as a dad. She also made me feel very confident in her ability to fight my cause.

We began my case in early 2019 and with my ex filing unnecessary motions we had a total of 6 court appearances *all* of which were a victory for my son and I. I worked with Ms Damiano and also had the pleasure of working with Ms Francesca Yuppa Esq. Ms Damiano brought a sharp acumen, decades of legal experience, and a fiery presentation that helped me win every request for relief from the Court while all my ex’s requests were denied. I want to add that our opposing attorney was a recently retired judge that worked in that very same courthouse, and without sounding too unprofessional they were dwarfed and outclassed by Ms Damiano’s intellect and legal skill.

I was also very impressed with Ms Francesca Yuppa who is a brilliant member of Ms Damiano’s legal team. I had serious concerns my ex would elope with our son and had wanted to restrict her travelling with him outside of the US, yet I was told by many prior attorneys it would be highly unlikely to win from a Court. Well, Ms Yuppa won me that monumental victory and also helped to greatly expand my parenting time. She was also very instrumental in helping me obtain a final restraining order which was necessary for my safety and peace of mind.

Overall I cannot extoll Ms Damiano, Ms Yuppa, and the rest of the Damiano team enough. If you want to win, this is the legal team to choose. I am very grateful for everything they did for me and my son which is ultimately priceless.

This a law firm with fantastic lawyers. I highly recommend this law firm.

This so called law firm doesn't even deserve 1 star, but to rate them you have to at least give them one. The greed of this law firm is unimaginable. They were so worried about getting paid that they requested to get paid directly from an unrelated real estate closing. They had no reason to expect not to get paid. In all honesty my wife and I have over a 800 credit rating and we would not compromise that rating by not paying these greedy lawyers. But they still had to stick their greedy hands into our private real estate closing. I did not want to upset my wife, so I reluctantly agreed. But the nerve of these lawyers need to be exposed. All they care about is your money, even if they have to embarrass themselves in the way they collect it. For the record they performed a service and were entitled to get paid, and they most certainly would have gotten paid. But the point is they were so hard up that they could not even wait until a day after our closing to get paid directly from us. Friendly word of advice. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM. They are a complete embarrassment. While it is true that they did not represent me, they did represent my wife, and I had first hand knowledge of their tacky means of collecting payment. I think they would remove the money from a dead mans pockets if they thought he owed them money.

One of the most unethical law firms around. They rope you in with a small retainer, which lasts a very short time, after which they are looking for more and more money. They could care less about you as a person and only look at the dollar signs and how much money you have. The misrepresent the facts and make baseless claims. They perform unauthorized work and Bill you for it. Of course most divorce attorneys are known to make money of people's misery, but the Damino Law Firm brings it to a different level. Even other divorce attorneys refer to Toni Damino as a pea brain. She uses her gofer, Steven Sagalas, as a person to do her dirty work. Friendly word of advice, DON'T EVER USE THIS LAW FIRM.
