I was greeted kindly when I arrived without an appointment and was taken in to consult with an attorney who provided valuable advice. Really, really bad experience with Ms. Caporaletti. She is mean as fire, has no follow-up, rude, and very dismissive. Nobody expects a lawyer to be sugar and rainbows, but yikes!
