She will use her co workers so you have to pay Beth’s rate along with her “helpers”. She gets you little to no results. As a First Time Homebuyer, I didn't know the importance of Title Company till I got close to the settlement. First Class Title came highly recommended and after going through the whole process picking them became one of the most important decisions.
